1

Stage 1: Foundations

Prerequisite for everything

Understand the Fynanc worldview, the two sides of every investment (Capital Side vs Asset Side), and the Capital Amplifier's 6 components.

Start Here (Program Overview) Your Wealth Journey Your Fynanc Guide

2

Stage 2: Epic Wealth Quick Start

6-week intensive — the core curriculum

63 lessons covering all five pillars, the Capital Amplifier system, worldview, contribution strategy, leverage basics, and the journey-to-freedom-line concept. This is the foundation that every other course builds on.

Epic Wealth 6-Week Quick Start (63 lessons)

Prerequisite: Stage 1 (Start Here)

3

Stage 3: Family Bank & Insurance Layer

Super Vault = IRIS "I" (Insurance) dimension

Setup the whole life insurance policy as a financial tool. Understand cash value lending, death benefit, and how the Super Vault integrates with the Capital Amplifier. This is the Insurance dimension of the IRIS framework.

Setup & Launch Family Bank (10 lessons) Power of Your Bank (19 lessons) Cash Value Maximizer (1 lesson)

Prerequisite: Stage 2 (Epic Wealth)

Stage 4: Income Amplifier (Grow Capital)

Year 1 — IRIS "I" (Income) + "R" (Risk) dimensions

The LOC flip strategy: cycle capital between credit facility and investment account to earn the spread. Understand flip anatomy (40% DTW / 60% IA), shadow loan cash flows, and booster strategies. This is the Income and Risk dimensions of IRIS.

Income Amplifier Project area Book (3 lessons) Income Sources (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced) Wealth Boosting Loans (8 lessons) Booster Strategies (10 lessons) Leverage Management (1 lesson) Safety Buffer (1 lesson)

Prerequisite: Stage 3 (Family Bank setup)

5

Stage 5: PLEX & Freedom Portfolio

Year 2 — Invest Capital / Asset Side

Deploy capital into the PLEX portfolio framework. Understand DTA, DSCR, utilization, the three tiers (Bedrock, Cash Flow, Hedge), and margin health analysis. The Freedom Portfolio is the target state.

PLEX (1 lesson) Freedom Portfolio (1 lesson) Leverage Management Strategies (1 lesson) Capital Amplifier Overview (5 lessons)

Prerequisite: Stage 4 (Income Amplifier understanding)

6

Stage 6: Flow Training (Dynamic Flow)

Pillar 3 — Capital Side Optimization

The Flow course builds on Leverage Management and PLEX. Four tiers: Awareness (see the flow) to Optimization to Systemization to Mastery. Money-in-motion strategy, MSA, inflation spreads. This course explicitly states: "builds on concepts from leverage management and from PLEX."

Flow Training (FLOW course, 40 transcripts) Inflation Spreads (module within Flow)

Prerequisite: Stage 5 (PLEX + Leverage Management completed)

7

Stage 7: Advanced & Freedom Engine

Year 2+ — Integration + Dynamic Flipping

Combine PLEX + Flow into the unified Freedom Engine. Run both systems via the Money Date protocol. Advanced accelerators, dynamic flipping (Year 3), and the migration from separate IRIS + PLEX to one account.

Accelerators Advanced (4 lessons) Transformative Conversations (3 lessons) Community CIS Calls (17 lessons) Community Calls PLEX Only (14 lessons) Family Bankers Brain Trust (13 lessons)

Prerequisite: Stage 6 (Flow Training completed)

Stage 8: ARC Loop (Post-Vegas 2026)

Advanced framework — three power dials

The ARC Loop sits at the core of wealth acceleration. Scoring method for capital structure (strength, scalability, acceleration potential). Stress-tested across real market conditions. Capital Amplifier experienced through live simulation.

ARC Loop Advanced Training PLEX Graduate-Only Session

Prerequisite: Stage 7 (Freedom Engine operational). Post-Vegas 2026 content not yet ingested.

IRIS Framework Dependency

I (Income) ← Income Amplifier + Income Sources + Boosters R (Risk) ← Leverage Management + Safety Buffer + DSCR/DTA I (Insurance) ← Family Bank + Super Vault + Cash Value Maximizer S (Savings) ← Liquidity Buffer + Reserve strategy

Every funding line is scored across all four IRIS dimensions. No single dimension should be optimized at the expense of others.

PLEX + Flow Integration (requires both Stage 5 + 6)

Margin Health Analyzer (Plex deployment) └─ Expense Sweet Spot (Flow sizing) └─ Capital Flip Analyzer (combined view) └─ Money Date Protocol (monthly recalibration)
IRIS Progression & Funding Lines
Funding Line Progression
Each funding line evolves through stages: application, approval, first flip, velocity optimization, and eventually integration into the Freedom Engine. The IRIS framework scores each line at every stage.

Phase 1: Single LOC (Year 1)

Start with one line of credit. Learn the flip mechanics: borrow, invest, earn spread, repay. Build the habit of the monthly Money Date. Understand DTW (debt-to-wealth) split.

JRD: HW PLOC x1791, $16K, 11.75%, 36-month term. 6 flips completed (Oct 2024 – Feb 2026).

Phase 2: Multiple Funding Lines (Year 1-2)

Smart Credit Line tool consolidates multiple LOCs. Evaluate each through IRIS: Does it generate income? Is risk managed (DTA below guardrail)? Is insurance layer (Super Vault) in place? Are savings buffers adequate?

Tools: Smart Credit Line, Funding Line Estimator, Portfolio Analyzer.

Phase 3: Freedom Engine Migration (Year 2)

IRIS (Income Amplifier) retires. One unified investment account: Freedom Engine = Flow + PLEX + Capital Amplifier. LOC paid to $0. Contributions route directly to M1 Freedom Engine. Smart Transfers activate.

JRD: Migration started April 2026. LOC at $0. Contributions rerouted to M1 Inbound x8684.

Phase 4: ARC Loop + Dynamic Flipping (Year 3+)

Advanced capital structure scoring. Three power dials. Stress testing across market conditions. Dynamic flipping adjusts amounts based on accumulated capital. Self-sustaining portfolio.

Status: Post-Vegas 2026 content pending ingestion.
